A

Achievers Club: A recognition programme for QNET’s most successful Independent Distributors, who have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership in their business. Members of the Achievers’ Club receive exclusive benefits, training, and opportunities to meet with other top performers in the company.

Acidic: Having the properties of an acid, or containing acid; having a pH below 7.

Activated: An Activated ID is an ID who has achieved and allocated a minimum of 500 qualifying BV on each side of his/her Tracking Centre through personal purchases, Direct Referralship, Retail Sales, or a combination of the three options.

Airborne: The term Airborne is used to describe any particles or substances that float in the air. Airborne particles are the reason air filters are used to clean the air in a given area.

5 ATM: This means that they are water resistant to up to 50 metres in depth for 10 minutes. They are now suitable for low-velocity and shallow-water activities, including swimming.

Air purifier: Portable devices that combine an internal filter and fan to pull in unwanted particles from the air in a specific room. Purified air is then circulated back into the room. The filtration process repeats several times an hour, continually boosting indoor air quality.
Alkaline: Having the properties of an alkali, or containing alkali; having a pH greater than 7.

Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA): The Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) is a ubiquitous species of cyanobacteria, or blue-green algae, that grows in brackish and freshwater environments. It is also known as Klamath algae from the region of Klamath Lake (North America) and its surroundings.

Biosilver: A product line in Personal Care category which deliver every day protection with powerful antimicrobial properties to help you care for skin, and keep your home safe and germ-free.

Blue Diamond Star: The seventh out of the 7 QNET Achievers’ Club ranks. This is the highest rank in QNET.

Bronze Rank: The first out of the 7 QNET Achievers’ Club ranks.

Business Presentation: A structured session conducted by Independent Distributors to explain QNET products, the business model, and the direct selling opportunity to potential customers.

Business Volume (BV): The point value of a product used to qualify a tracking centre and calculate Step Commissions.

Chairos: A product line in Watches and Jewellery categories which deliver Swiss-movement timepieces of unparalleled quality, each possessing a distinctive style and individuality.

Chi Pendant 4: Within Chi Pendant 4’s striking unisex design that is based on the sacred geometry of the Flower of Life pattern, lies Amezcua’s powerful proprietary technology. This technology maintains specific frequencies, harmonising and balancing the wearer’s biofield (energy field), promoting whole-body health and optimal performance for today’s busy lifestyles.

Chlorogenic acid (CGA): : CGA is known for its potential health benefits, and it has been studied for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory.

Code of Conduct: QNET prioritizes Integrity, enforces ethical standards through its Code of Conduct, and encourages its partners to exceed these standards.

Code of Ethics: It outlines the right way to do business and is a part of the QNET Policies & Procedures. It’s an important set of rules that all IDs must follow.

Compression: An ID gets compressed if they fail to achieve a minimum of 50 RSP from retail sales or personal purchase within a sales month. IDs do not accumulate RSP that are generated while on compressed status.

Direct BV (DBV): These points are earned by active IDs when they sell QNET products to IDs and Retail Customers whom they have personally sponsored or referred to QNET.
Direct Referral: A person who was personally referred to become a QNET ID by another existing QNET ID (Referrer).
Direct Selling: Direct selling is a method of marketing and retailing goods and services directly to the consumers.
Downlines: QNET IDs who are referred and positioned under a particular ID forming a genealogy structure, by which every ID can build and expand their own product sales team.

Flower of Life: The geometric ‘Flower of Life’ design on Chi Pendant 4 hosts a layer interacting with specific frequencies, transmuting beneficial energies to the wearer’s body, enhancing daily performance, and naturally boosting resilience and immunity.

Genealogy: Organizational structure of IDs. It provides a visual representation of the IDs and their respective downlines. It presents the relationships between IDs and their downline members in a tree-like structure.

Gig economy: The gig economy uses digital platforms to connect freelancers with customers to provide short-term services or asset-sharing.

Glutathione: Glutathione is an antioxidant in plants, animals, fungi, and some bacteria and archaea. Glutathione is capable of preventing damage to important cellular components caused by sources such as reactive oxygen species, free radicals, peroxides, lipid peroxides, and heavy metals..

GMT: GMT watches, also known as Greenwich Mean Time watches, are timepieces that are designed to display multiple time zones simultaneously.

Green Legacy: At QNET, we know climate change is the greatest threat to our planet’s future. That is why QNET is committed to building a Green Legacy.

Group Performance: You will normally see this terminology in the Rank Advancement and Maintenance requirement list for Platinum and Diamond Stars. Group Performance is the number of IDs who advanced or maintained their pay ranks within your team for a given quarter.

Group RSP: These are RSP that an ID earns from the Repeat Sales and Personal Purchases made by his/her downlines within his/her line of sponsorship.

H

Health: QNET’s range of health and nutritional supplements formulated to strengthen immune system, manage weight, give more energy and, ultimately, help live a healthier life.

HomePure: A range of home appliance products that must contribute to the home’s ability to support the people within it from a ‘health+happiness’ perspective, user-friendly, convenient and environmental-friendly.

Home & Living: A category of QNET’s products designed to help you create a clean, safe and healthy environment for you and your family.

I
In-Service: The concept of In-Service as an important feature of leadership bound by the codes of truth, humility and committed service, otherwise known as the essential characteristics of a true servant-leader.

Know Your Customer (KYC): A process used to ensure that every individual who joins the company as an Independent Distributor (ID) is a genuine person and not a fake identity or a fraudster. The KYC process involves providing personal information and documentation such as government-issued ID and proof of address. Through KYC, QNET minimizes the risk of fraudulent activities such as money laundering and identity theft.

Learning Lab: An exclusive feature of the QNET Mobile App with a set of training technology and sales tools to enable IDs to develop effective skills at their own pace and time. It is mobile app feature where you will find a variety of new features to explore periodically, including most updated QNET training contents in the digital library or access to free and live online trainings and on-demand training and certification programmes.

Lower Volume Team: This is your sales team with the lower number of accumulated sales points or BV.

Microplastic: Microplastics, as the name implies, are tiny plastic particles. Officially, they are defined as plastics less than five millimeters (0.2 inches) in diameter – smaller in diameter than the standard pearl used in jewellery.

Micro-entrepreneurs: Micro-entrepreneurs, or builders of a microenterprise, are individuals who start and operate a small business venture, typically with limited resources, capital, and staffing. Micro-entrepreneurship is an approach to entrepreneurship that emphasizes the creation of small businesses designed to meet the needs of a specific market niche or community.

Microorganism: An organism that can be seen only through a microscope. Microorganisms include bacteria, protozoa, algae, and fungi. Although viruses are not considered living organisms, they are sometimes classified as microorganisms.

Mugnier: A product line in Watches and Jewellery categories which deliver Swiss-made timepieces of unparalleled quality, each possessing a distinctive style and individuality.

Pay Rank: The rank that an ID achieves every month and is the basis of how step commissions are calculated.
Payout Rank Maintenance: There are 2 rank types: Title Rank, which is the highest rank you have achieved in the business, and Pay Rank, which is the rank that you have currently achieved and the basis on how Step Commissions are calculated. You would need to achieve 2 consecutive quarters of the Platinum or Diamond Star pay rank to achieve both Platinum and Diamond Star pay ranks. Remember that all Rank Advancement and Maintenance requirements MUST be achieved on a Quarterly basis.

Personal Care & Beauty: A category of QNET’s products which help you stay groomed, looking good, and feeling your best.

Personal Purchases: These are your own product purchases for your personal consumption. You can also personally buy products and give them to your loved ones as gifts!

Personal RSP: Repeat Sales Points that an Active IDs earn upon purchasing products for personal consumption or for marketing QNET products to directly referred Retail Customers.

Physio Radiance: A range of products in Personal Care & Beauty category pioneering in Healthy-Ageing Skincare developed in Switzerland. Our Physio Radiance skincare line uses a cutting-edge formula which incorporates a powerful pre & probiotics blend, and enhances it with advanced skincare technology, to help your skin age gracefully.

Pi-Water: Pi-Water was discovered in 1964 by Dr. Akihiro Yamashita, and is very similar to the water that constitutes all living organisms, known as “Living Body Water”.
Platinium Star: The sixth out of the 7 QNET Achievers’ Club ranks.
Proportionate Octagon: The Chi Pendant 4’s geometric octagon-shaped copper alloy harnesses the principles of quantum physics to add a harmonising effect that maintains the natural body’s biofield balance.

Probiotic: Probiotics are a combination of live beneficial bacteria and/or yeasts that naturally live in your body.

QBuzz: QNET’s official blog, which provides news, updates, and insights about the company and its products. QBuzz also features stories and interviews with QNET IDs around the world, highlighting their successes and achievements. Overall, QBuzz is a valuable resource for anyone interested in learning more about QNET and the direct selling industry.

QNETPRO: QNETPRO is a professional marketing program developed by QNET to promote ethical business practices and raise awareness about the direct selling industry. The program provides training and resources to QNET’s independent distributors, helping them to build their businesses in a responsible and sustainable way. QNETPRO also aims to educate the public about the direct selling industry and its benefits, and to promote a culture of transparency and integrity in the business world.

QNET Mobile App: The QNET Mobile App is a mobile application developed by QNET that allows IDs to manage their business on-the-go, using their smartphones or tablets. The app provides a range of features and functions to help representatives purchase exclusive products, track their sales, manage their sales teams, and access training and support resources. With the QNET Mobile App, IDs can stay connected and engaged with their business at all times, from anywhere in the world. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices.

Qualifying Products: Products which provide BV points to IDs.

Qualified: An ID who has at least 500 BV in their Tracking Centre from Retail Sales or product purchases for personal consumption.

Quartz: Quartz is a hard, crystalline mineral composed of silica (silicon dioxide).

Rank Advancement: Promotion of an ID to a new rank when they meet all of the requirements for the new rank in the Achievers’ Club.
Rank Advancement Dashboard: Contains information that an ID needs to advance or move up to the next higher rank in the Achievers’ Club.
Rank Dashboard: An essential business tool designed to help IDs move up or maintain Achievers’ Club ranks, and earn more through the dynamic management of rank advancement and maintenance requirements.
Rank Maintenance: Minimal requirements from IDs to achieve or maintain their current Rank.
Rank Maintenance Dashboard: Displays information in the Virtual Office and QNET Mobile App that an ID needs to keep or maintain Pay Ranks.
Ranks: A set of recognition levels in the QNET Achievers’ Club that recognise the performance and achievements of Independent Distributors. There are seven ranks in total, (1) Bronze Star, (2) Silver Star (3) Gold Star (4) Sapphire Star (5) Platinum Star (6) Diamond Star, and (7) Blue Diamond Star. To progress through the Star Ranks, representatives must meet specific performance criteria, such as generating a certain amount of product sales points and having Direct Referrals into their sales teams. Each rank comes with its own set of benefits and rewards, including access to exclusive events, training, and incentives.

Red Lines: A set of ground rules by QNET that we take very seriously for the safety of our business. QNET IDs must make sure that they conduct their business the right way and NEVER cross any of the Red Lines.

Repeat Sales Points (RSP): Points assigned to selected QNET products that an Active ID earns upon purchasing QNET products for personal consumption or selling QNET products to downlines up to 10 levels.
Restructured Water: Restructured, or structured water, refers to water molecules that form a hexagonal cluster. It is proven that re-structured water is very similar, if not the same, as pure, untouched, and uncontaminated water found in glacier melts and natural springs. The Amezcua Bio Disc 3 creates subtle vibrations to restructure water by harnessing the power of quantum energy alongside nature’s geometry and wave patterns. Retail Customers: Persons who are NOT registered IDs of QNET who purchase QNET products for their personal consumption.
Retail Sales: These are sales made to any person who is not a registered QNET Independent Distributor.

RO: Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances.

Ronda: The Ronda caliber R150 is a Swiss made automatic movement with 25 jewels.

RYTHM: Raise Yourself to Help Mankind. The idea of empowering others to succeed in order to be successful lies at the core of our business.

RYTHM Foundation: QI Group’s social impact initiative which invests in the communities around us through strategic partnerships, community service, and employee volunteering with the vision to empower lives and transform communities through grant awards, investing in human development programmes, and promoting volunteer engagements.

Sales Calendar: A visual representation of weekly sales cycles or deadlines that are being followed to calculate weekly step commissions.
Sales Commission: Refer to Step Commission
Sales Month: A sales month in QNET closely resembles a calendar month and contains either 4 or 5 sales weeks. There are a total of 12 sales months in a QNET sales year.
Sales Week: QNET offers weekly commission payments and divides the year into sales weeks. A typical sales week begins every Saturday at midnight HKST and ends every Friday at 11:59 PM HKST.
Sapphire Star: The fourth out of the 7 QNET Achievers’ Club ranks.
Silver Star: The second out of the 7 QNET Achievers’ Club ranks.

Step Commission: This is what IDs earn whenever they achieve 3,000 BV on their Lower Volume Sales Team.

Stevia: Stevia is a sweet sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana, which is native to Paraguay and Brazil.

Title Rank: Title Rank is the highest rank an ID achieves in QNET. This does not determine step commission (see Pay Rank).

Virual Office: An online platform which serves as a centralized hub for Independent Distributors to manage and track their business activities, access various resources, and communicate with the company. QNET Virtual Office offers a range of features and tools that assist IDs in running their business efficiently.

V Partner: The esteemed founders of the QI Group and the pioneers of the company and the network.
V Ambassador (VA): Composed of leaders from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, culture and beliefs, our V Ambassadors are united in creating a strong network of leaders rooted in the company’s mission and vision, and devoted to changing the world through the principle of “Raise Yourself to Help Mankind” (RYTHM).
V Convention (V-con): An annual event organized by the QNET. It is a large-scale gathering that brings together IDs from around the world for a series of motivational talks, training sessions, product launches, and recognition ceremonies.
V Concil (VC) Member: V Council members operate on the ground and specialize in a specific country, and serve as country leaders.
Volatile Organic Compounds: Compounds that have a high vapor pressure and low water solubility. Many VOCs are human-made chemicals that are used and produced in the manufacture of paints, pharmaceuticals, and refrigerants. VOCs typically are industrial solvents, such as trichloroethylene; fuel oxygenates, such as methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE); or by-products produced by chlorination in water treatment, such as chloroform. VOCs are often components of petroleum fuels, hydraulic fluids, paint thinners, and dry cleaning agents. VOCs are common ground-water contaminants. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted as gases from certain solids or liquids. VOCs include a variety of chemicals, some of which may have short- and long-term adverse health effects. Concentrations of many VOCs are consistently higher indoors (up to ten times higher) than outdoors. VOCs are emitted by a wide array of products numbering in the thousands. Water ioniser: A machine that uses electricity (through the process of eletrolysis) to separate these dissolved ions in tap water, which alters the pH levels of water and results in wtaer that is either alkaline or acidic.
